✅ Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

If your item arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of receipt.
Item Not Received
- If your order does not arrive within 45 business days from the shipment date, you may request a full refund.
